Key realizations:

1) White has one more move than needed to get the pawn there, so there must be another white piece involved
2) Black's king must have moved to be attackable from f8. and must not be able to move back
3) f8 must be protected form Black's queen, either because she's noved or because a piece other than the king interposes.
4) If black's knight at g8 has moved, f8 is attacked by black's rook at h8 (unless it has moved as well)

I'm just a messenger. I do not have a board nor mental visual acuity to verify it.

I get:
hidden:

1. Nf3
2. Nd4
3. Ne6 (or Nc6)
4. Nxd8 Nc6
5. Ne6 Nd8
6. Nxc7++

Black can do pretty much anything for the first three or four moves, so long as he can make 5. ... Nd8.

Still working on the other one; Bishop takes Rook?! Smiley

3. Nxh7  Ng6
4. Nxf8  Nh6
5. Ne6  Nf8
6. Nxg7 mate.
