Two math teachers have their birthday on the same day. Upon finishing classes they pass by each other on the halls. One sais:Hi John, Happy brithday! You'll have such a birthday in only 11 years! John replies: Thanks, you'll have one in .... 96 years! Both were content with each others. How old were they?

Me thinks this has something to do with leap years and time zones near the international date line, but possibly one of those combined with days of the week.

>>Me thinks this has something to do with leap years and time zones near the international date line, but possibly one of those combined with days of the week Hint sort of : [hint]They both have their birthday on the same day, if the answer was that, why would one have "such a birthday" in 11 years, and the other 96 years? It could possibly be another answer that I havn't thought of yet. But I don't think so. [/hint]
