The answer: (dont know if this has been posted before)(was too easy, so it must have been posted) Lets call 7min hourglass as A and 11 mins Hourglass as B 1. Flip A and B to start the time count on both Hourglasses. 2. After 7 mins A will be over, flip it. 3. After 11 mins B will be over an A would have rerun for 4 more mins. 4. Flip A again at this moment and the when its over you would have counted exactly 15 mins (7 + 4 + 4)
