Make a tetrahedron

Construct two copies of the solid described below, and put them together to form a tetrahedron (I've seen this one fall out of a Christmas cracker before now) Take a regular hexagon, and construct a square on one edge, and equilateral triangles on the two adjacent edges, then bisect the hexagon along the diameter touching both triangles to divide it into two trapezia. Cut the whole thing out (possibly including some tabs to help stick it together), then fold along the lines to make a solid.
