Once upon a time there once lived a poor family. The family consisted of a boy, his mother, his father, and his grandfather. The mother and the father thought the grandfather was to old, a waste of good food, and to much of a burden to take care of. Next day, the father loaded up his father (grandfather) into a basket and when the boy saw, he asked his father, "Where are you taking him?" The father said he is to old and needs to be taken to a special place." The boy understood. Then moments later, the boy asked his father of one favor. His request made his father's legs go weak, and he brought the old man back to the house. What favor did the boy ask?

I would guess it was something like "where is this special place, so that I will know where to take you when you are too old?"

"Can you do me a favor? Please bring back the basket, so I'll be able to use it when you're too old."
