The deaf stole from the blind and the mute saw it.
There are no other people in the room.
How does the mute tell the blind?

sorry if it came out before but i doubt it...

:
(i) If the mute knows braille, they could type it on a braille typewriter (and assuming there is a braille typewriter at hand), or they could use six fingers on the blind person's hand to represent braille.
(ii) If the blind person understands morse code, they could tap on something.
(iii) If they all understand sign language, the mute could sign on the blind person's hand.
(iv) being a mute, they may already have a portable electronic voice synthesizer which they could use to communicate with the blind person – the deaf person would be totally unaware of this.

One Idea :

Mute guy beats the hell outta the deaf guy and returns the stolen thing.

Second Idea :

Blind men usually have stick with them. The mute guy grabs the stick and hits the walls and makes some Morse-Code Like messages.(this assumes the blind guy knows morse codes.)

Third Idea :

The mute guy drops a coin on the floor.Once the blind guy hears the sound of the coin,he wil check his wallet or whatever he was carrying (a natural act just to check if he has dropped something).Naturally he would realise that something from him has been stolen.(Naturally it cannot be a coin). So the blind man realises that someone indicated that he lost something. It cannot be the deaf guy since he could have directly spoken to him.So it was the mute guy who indicated that the blind guy lost something.Since there were only three guys in the room, the thief cannot be the mute guy.Hence it must the deaf guy.

I am still thinking whether there are other ways possible.

If the blind guy has a dog, the mute guy could get the dog upset.

I think, there are lots of ways to show the blind what happened.
One of them:the mute takes one of the blinds forefingers and with it he first touches the blinds eye then his chest. Then he touches the blinds mouth and the mutes chest. Then he touches blinds ear and puts blinds thumb and forefinger together and puts them in blinds trouser pocket and slowly he takes them out again. - I think, this should show the blind what happened.
Sorry for my bad English. But I hope you understand what I mean.
