What is the fastest way to make a 90 degree turn on a slippery road?

| For higher speeds (measured at a small distance from the point of initiation of a sharp turn) the fastest way round is to "outside loop" - that is, steer away from the curve, and do a skidding 270. This technique is taught in advanced driving schools.
