But doesn't the answer mentioned above involve changing the positions of all the words?  You can't just change the position of 1 word, you have to at least change the position of 2 words - like if you moved the 2nd word to be the first word, you effectively change the position of the first word to be the second word.

Consider the words written on index cards and arranged in a line; then putting the rightmost card on the left of the leftmost card involves changing position of only one card. Nobody said "relative position".
