Real life puzzle: high building

You live on a high building, and noticed that whenever you leave your room's window open: 1. the room's door might open and shut normally (ok this is stupid, since there's no wind) 2. the room's door might shut rapidly (now that's of course, with a strong enough wind) 3. the room's door seemed to experience pressure from the other side when you try to shut it, and you'll need to exert more force - why? (assuming that only the windows in your room are opened)

Does the door open inward or outward?

Opps, sorry to miss that point. It opens inward.

Then my guess would be that it is Bernouilli effect, when the wind direction is parallel to the wall with the window.
