A symmetric profile is one where all players play the same (possibly mixed) strategy. A symmetric Nash equilibrium is a symmetric profile that is also a Nash equilibrium. Given a game in Normal form, how can we find symmetric Nash equilibrium efficiently. By Efficiently I meant by hand without using any programming

What is a "game in Normal form"? We're not all following a course on game-theory. (And I can't remember it from when I did)
