Google questions?

I have a technical phone interview coming up at Google. Has anybody here interviewed at Google before? What questions do they ask? I really want to be prepared! 
Also, how do I prepare? Do any of you have recommendations for books? I'm pretty nervous. 
I've already looked at the GLAT (Google Labs Aptitude Test?).

So far I know they ask almost anything. For example, population of USA, height of Mount Everest, etc...

One of my friend's been interviewed at Google India. What my friend said: They first of all looking straight at my eyes for about 15 to 20 seconds, even I've done the same (I didn't notice that they've already started testing me). Obviously this is not a question but a first round of interview (they told me at the end of the interview). They wanted to see how straight forward I'm.
They will try everything new, may be not all the time but most of the times.
