Hello!
Recently I saw that 404 error when I type this forum adress. Could anybody tell me what hapenned? Why forum was down?

Short version, the server hard-drives died, and it took a few days to get everything up and running again.
If the forum is ever down in the future, the link Thud gave is a good place to look. Usually it's a hosting problem of some kind, which will be noted there.

Ok, I see.
I just add that adress to my browser to check every time when something broke with forum.
