o Cost reduction hardware, including wafer pedestal
base, RF source tilt rings and enclosure, lid clamps, and gas panel.
o Ceramic mushroom heater, including water-cooled

o Heated gas distribution for BTBAS process on
LPCVD chamber, including lines, valves, and heater jackets.
o Selectively anodized showerhead for improved
