A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, December 14 at noon in Story Chapel, located in historic Mt. Auburn Cemetery. The Chapel is located at 580 Mt. Auburn St., Cambridge, MA, 02138. Parking is available at the cemetery.

Mt. Auburn Cemetery was founded in 1831 as America's first garden cemetery. It occupies 174 acres just outside of Harvard Square.

The memorial celebration will be presided over by Rev. Dr. Howard Hunter and will feature remembrances from Jordan's closest friends and family, as well as performances of music important to Jordan during his life by local musicians (Silver Leaf Gospel Choir, Wannetta Jackson, Emily Anderson, & Frank Wilkins.
